Our Oxidizing Agent is a mineral compound that generates Reactive Oxygen Species
(ROS)
such as Hydroxyl Radical Ions, in a highly soluble form.
The Oxidizer, paired with our proprietary, low-cost technology allow for the creation of a high concentration of soluble Hydroxyl Radical Ions in the system, which completely eliminates the H₂S. The residual materials left in solution are inert sulfate compounds.
Our chemical Oxidizer addresses all key issues associated with the use of chemical scavengers in a typical wet scrubber set up:
- Very fast rate of reaction
- Cost efficiency per mole of H₂S removed
- Non-reversible reaction path (no reversion to H₂S)
- Prevention of precipitants formation.
Our solution generates Hydroxyl Radical Ions that meet all the above criteria. It oxidizes sulfur compounds to sulfur oxide or elemental sulfur.
It is a low cost technology solution that can be implemented in a variety of applications: natural gas, crude oil, refined petroleum products, anaerobic digester gases, flue gases, effluents, water, etc.
It is a green, non-flammable and non-combustible solution that has the potential to revolutionize the classic approach for H₂S and CO₂ removal.
